Receive a report from the San Bernardino Council of Governments regarding the SBCOG's proposed amendment to the existing Joint Powers Authority agreement, creating a new dues formula to increase the SBCOG's funding and capacity to provide services to its member jurisdictions. Discuss and provide direction to staff.
