The applicant is requesting this item be continued to a future, undetermined Planning Commission meeting due to changes in the current industrial market with respect to vacancies, rental and sales rates. Additional time is being requested to follow the current market situation and determine the fiscal feasibility of the Project.
Once a future Planning Commission meeting date is determined, the Project will be re-noticed pursuant to the public noticing requirements outlined in the Zoning Code. Any persons wishing to speak on behalf of this item are encouraged to attend the future hearing or submit comments to staff in writing.
