BACKGROUND
The City Council has approved the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual Operating Budget for the City. Included in the budget is the appropriation of funds for the items contained in this report.
ISSUES/ANALYSIS
The City's current Purchasing Ordinance requires that the City Council approve any contract amendment/renewal or blanket purchase order exceeding $50,000. These items represent routine, annual contract, or purchase orders for the provision of services necessary for City operations. All purchases through these listed contracts or blanket purchase orders shall adhere to the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Chapter 3.32.060 of the Chino Municipal Code.
