1) Accept the City Hall South & 7th Street Theatre Roofing project (NC242 & IB249) completed by R&R Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc., Lake Elsinore, CA, Contract #2024-153; 2) authorize the City Manager to file the Notice of Completion; and 3) release the retention funds following the 35-day lien period.

BACKGROUND
On November 7, 2023, City Council awarded a construction contract (2024-153) to R&R Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc., Lake Elsinore, CA., in the amount of $149,590 with contingencies of $22,438.50 for a not-to-exceed contract amount of $172,028.50, for the City Hall South & 7th Street Theatre Roofing project. The project scope of work included:
City Hall South (formerly known as Old PD)
Pressure washing of the existing roof, repair of drains indicated during job walk, and repair of damaged or failed sections of existing cap sheet or mastic (to be replaced with Stressply IV Mineral Torch cap sheet or membrane).
