Osterkamp Trucking, Inc. (the "Applicant") received Planning Commission approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the City of Pomona in 1985 for a trucking facility and has been headquartered at 1350 East Philadelphia Street in the City of Pomona since 1986.
