BACKGROUND
On February 19, 2014, the Planning Commission approved PL13-0629 (Site Approval) and PL13-0630 (Special Conditional Use Permit), which permitted the conversion of a portable Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling system to a permanent facility. This project included various site improvements to the Waste Management facility, including the installation of 39 CNG fueling stalls for Waste Management vehicles, along with the addition of a public CNG fueling island. The initiative was part of Waste Management's effort to transition its service fleet from diesel to CNG.
