RECOMMENDATION
Approve Amendment No. 2 with Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. (Contract No. 2024-163) for $388,534.24 for additional consultant services to prepare an Environmental Impact Report for the Euclid Avenue Bridge Project (ST243) for a new contract total not-to-exceed $4,332,759.58; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.
