RECOMMENDATION
Authorize the FY 2026-27 contract amendments or renewals and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

FISCAL IMPACT
Sufficient funds are included in the Proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Operating Budget for these contracts. Awarding these agreements or renewals are contingent upon the final budget adoption, which is scheduled for June 16, 2026.

BACKGROUND
The Proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual Operating Budget includes sufficient funds for the contracts identified in this report.
ISSUES/ANALYSIS
The City’s current Purchasing Ordinance requires that the City Council approve any contract amendment/renewal exceeding $150,000. These items represent routine annual contracts for the provision of services necessary for City operations. All purchases under these contracts will remain subject to the requirements of Chino Municipal Code Section 3.32.130. The Consolidated vendor list below reflects contract values for FY 2026-27 and is submitted for City Council approval, effective July 1, 2026.
