1) Establish project PF273 - Public Works Administration/Operations Building and appropriate $94,180from the available Development Impact Fee (DIF) General Facilities Fund (233) reserves; 2) award a professional services agreement for $94,180 to PBK Architects California, Inc., Rancho Cucamonga, CA for Conceptual Architectural Design Services; and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
The Chino Public Works Department currently operates from both Chino City Hall and the Public Works Services Yard (PW Yard) located at 5050 Schaefer Avenue, approximately 1 mile southwest of the Civic Center. The PW Yard was built in 1983. There are three (3) enclosed buildings with combined space of approximately 17,250 square feet.
