FISCAL IMPACT
The fiscal impact of awarding the contract listed above for Project TR240 will reduce the reserves of the Measure I Fund 322 balance by $175,000, and Fund 220 Bridges/Signal/Thoroughfare by $546,402. The City received a $553,500 in-lieu fee from Lennar Homes (Developer) for the University Park Community development, which was appropriated to Project TR240. Due to bids coming in higher than expected, an additional $175,000 from Measure I and $546,402 from the Bridges/Signal/Thoroughfare is needed to complete the project. There is sufficient fund balance in both Fund 322 and Fund 220 for this purpose.
