BACKGROUND
This matter was introduced on first reading by the Council at their March 3, 2026 meeting. By the passage of this Ordinance, the City Council authorizes the levy of special taxes within the Community Facilities District 2026-1 at the maximum rates and in accordance with the rates and method of apportionment set forth in Exhibits C-1 through C-4 to Resolution No. 2026-006.
Once adopted on second reading, the ordinance will go into effect thirty (30) days thereafter.
