RECOMMENDATION
1) Authorize the acceptance of the State Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) California Beverage Container Recycling City/County Payment Program (CCPP-25) grant funds in the amount of $23,771; 2) establish Grant No. G7804; 3) appropriate $23,771 to the Sanitation Fund (550) with corresponding increase in revenues for FY 2025-26; and 4) authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the City.

Requires an appropriation of $23,771 to the Sanitation Fund (550), with a corresponding increase to the Sanitation Fund revenue estimate. This appropriation is fully offset with grant funding from the State of California, Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery with no City matching requirement.
