BACKGROUND
Ordinance No. 2025-003 was introduced in the first reading by the City Council at its July 1, 2025 meeting. The Ordinance consists of an amendment to the Chino Municipal Code Section 3.32.130, entitled “Approval Authority”, to streamline the procurement process for vehicle purchases.
Once adopted on second reading, the Ordinance will go into effect thirty (30) days thereafter.
