RECOMMENDATION
Approve a five-year professional services agreement with Citiguard, Inc. for security guard services at City Hall, the Senior Center, and the Carolyn Owens Community Center for an estimated total amount of $983,468.04; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the city.

FISCAL IMPACT
Sufficient funds were included in the Adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 Operating Budget. The contract is structured based on the fixed operational schedules specified in the Scope of Services, with a total contractual estimated amount for five years of $983,468.04. Subsequent funding for future fiscal years will be budgeted accordingly, subject to City Council approval.

The City of Chino provides professional security guard services to monitor municipal facilities, assist with conflict de-escalation, and maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors. These services are regularly utilized at City Hall, the Senior Center, and the Carolyn Owens Community Center, which host public transactions, recreational programming, and community meetings.
