RECOMMENDATION
??Award a Professional Services Agreement to CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. for a three-year term, with an option to extend for two additional years, for as-needed concrete repair services at an annual amount not to exceed $580,000, and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
??As part of the City's ongoing efforts to preserve and enhance public infrastructure, the Public Works Department oversees a Citywide Concrete Repair and Maintenance Program focused on maintaining the extensive network of concrete improvements located within the public right-of-way. These improvements include sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveway approaches, cross gutters, sidewalk ramps, curb drains, and other related elements. Over time, these assets deteriorate due to age, weather, tree root intrusion, and wear from pedestrian and vehicular use. Without timely repairs, damaged or uneven concrete can create trip hazards, impede proper stormwater drainage, and negatively impact the overall aesthetics and functionality of public spaces.
