Conduct a public hearing and approve the Introduction of Ordinance No. 2024-001, adopting PL23-0057 Eucalyptus Business Park Specific Plan Amendment to allow community education for minors as a conditionally permitted use in the Commercial Office (C/O) land use designation and to establish the required off-street parking requirements, to be read by number and title only and waive further reading of the Ordinance.

FISCAL IMPACT
The proposed amendment to the Eucalyptus Business Park Specific Plan to allow community education for minors as a conditionally permitted use and to establish the required off-street parking requirements for the use would result in one-time revenues in the form of Development Impact Fees if projects are developed.
