RECOMMENDATION
1) Award a construction contract in the amount of $54,865.00 to Courts Construction Company, Inc., Glendora, CA for the City Hall Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology Offices Interior Improvement Project (PF210); 2) authorize expenditures of up to $5,486.00 for construction contingencies for a not-to-exceed contract amount of $60,351.00; and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
The Fiscal Year 2023-24 Building Management Fund provides funding for the City Hall Improvements project (PF210). As part of this project, offices will be created for the Information Technology, Finance, and Human Resources departments.
