RECOMMENDATION
Approve Amendment No. 1 for $3,800 with HR Green Pacific, Inc., (Contract No. 2025-076) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Alley Improvement Project FY 23-24 (SN240) for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $52,657.10; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Alley Improvement Project (SN240) will occur in the east-west alley between D Street and Chino Avenue from 3rd Street to 5th Street. The scope of work generally includes pavement reconstruction of the alley. The City's intention is to have the alley resurfaced by completely removing the existing pavement and replacing with subgrade and new asphalt. Reconstruction of the alley will also improve the drainage in the area.
