The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 is a comprehensive civil rights law requiring public entities to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to government programs, services, activities, and facilities. To support the City’s compliance with these requirements, the City completed a comprehensive ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan in 2024.
