Award a Professional Services Agreement with Carpenter, Rothans & Dumont, LLP for $218,000 over a five-year term for legal services; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

The City of Chino periodically retains outside legal counsel to supplement in-house legal resources and to provide specialized expertise in the area of law enforcement matters. These services may include, but are not limited to, litigation support, regulatory compliance, advisory opinions, and representation in matters requiring subject-matter specialization.
