FISCAL IMPACT
The 2024 Climate Action Plan (CAP) Annual Progress Report will not have an impact on the City's General Fund. Projects undertaken by the City that implement the CAP measures will either be funded through grant monies or planned for during the annual budget process. The costs for implementing the measures for new and existing private development projects would be borne by the developer and would be expected to be offset by energy savings over time. This annual report simply reports the progress of implementing the various measures in the CAP.
