RECOMMENDATION
1) Award a construction contract in the amount of $47,435 to Allison Mechanical, Inc., Redlands, CA for the Police Department SMARDT Chiller #2 repair; 2) authorize expenditures of up to $4,743 for construction contingencies for a not-to-exceed construction contract amount of $52,178; and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
The Fiscal Year 2023-24 Building Management Fund provides funding for preventative maintenance and on-call repair services for the Police Department's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) infrastructure.
