RECOMMENDATION
recommendation
1) Establish project ST273 - Edison Avenue Ultimate Improvements and Cypress Creek Trail Extension and appropriate $170,906.50 from the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Fund (327) and $200,000 of Measure I Fund (322); 2) award a professional services agreement for $370,906.50 to HR Green Pacific, Inc., Corona, CA for Engineering Design Services; and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

FISCAL IMPACT
Requires an appropriation of $170,906.50 from the available fund balance of the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Fund (327) and $200,000 from the available fund balance of the Measure I Fund (322), as shown in the table below:
