Approve the Agreement for School Crossing Guard Services with the Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) in the amount of $381,905.35; and authorize the City Manager, or their designee to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
The City of Chino, the City of Chino Hills, and the Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) maintain a tri-party agreement to provide a joint Crossing Guard Program. The program places trained personnel at designated intersections near local school sites to assist students traversing roadways during morning arrival and afternoon dismissal hours. The objective of the service is to manage pedestrian traffic and mitigate potential vehicular conflicts at designated locations during peak school commute times.
To manage the administration and operational logistics of the program, the three participating public agencies utilize a structured cost-sharing model.
