RECOMMENDATION
recommendation
(1) Approve Contract Amendment No. 3 with Proactive Engineering Consultants, dba Q3 Consulting, Contract No. 2024-206 for $767,870.76 for additional design engineering and environmental services related to Project SD240; (2) Approve an increase to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget for Euclid Avenue Storm Drain Extension Line I – Project SD240 in the amount of $687,806.78 for a total project budget not to exceed $2,564,651.78. (3) Approve a budget transfer in the amount of $687,806.78 from the Preserve Storm Drainage Collection System Facilities Development Impact Fee (Fund 263) to the Storm Drain Capital Fund (Fund 540). (4) Rename project SD240 – Euclid Ave Storm Drain Extension Line I to “Euclid Ave Storm Drain Extension Line I and Pine Ave Storm Drain Extension Line H”; and (5) Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.
