BACKGROUND
Each year the City Council conducts a workshop to review the Proposed Budget for the following fiscal year. This year, the FY 2026-27 Proposed budget will be presented on June 2, 2026.
DISCUSSION
Tonight’s budget workshop will include an overview of the FY 2026-27 Proposed Budget. Staff will provide a breakdown of revenues, expenditures, and presentations from each department. The City Council will have the opportunity to review and discuss the Proposed Budget, ask questions, and consider public input. This workshop will guide any necessary modifications to the Proposed Budget in preparation for its formal adoption consideration at the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
