RECOMMENDATION
Award a Professional Services Agreement to Yunex, LLC, Riverside, CA, for a term through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend for two additional years, for City Owned and Operated Lighting System Maintenance Services at a total amount of $993,003; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.

FISCAL IMPACT
The cost of $376,880.60 for the scope of services is included in the FY 2025-26 Street Lighting Fund (Fund 360) and the Assessment Districts Funds (Fund 361) to cover the costs associated with these services. Funds for the subsequential fiscal years will be budgeted annually.
