RECOMMENDATION
1) Approve contract Amendment No. 2 with Hunsaker and Associates Irvine, Inc., Contract No. 2025-187 for $94,620 for additional design engineering services related to WA223 Water Main Replacement - Russell Avenue; 2) rename CIP project WA223 to "Water Main Replacement - Russell Avenue & Walnut Avenue" to include Walnut Avenue scope of work; 3) rename CIP project WA242 to "Water Main Replacement - Philadelphia Street" to remove Walnut Avenue scope of work; and 4) authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.
