BACKGROUND
Steeler Storage (the "Applicant"") is proposing a truck and trailer storage facility at 5158 Eucalyptus Avenue. This will be the Applicant's first truck storage. The project site is located within the Southern California Edison (SCE) easement that is located behind the existing industrial development adjacent to Central Avenue, which limits what can be constructed on the property.
